YIVES MUSIC AND IMAGES IN CITYPULSE

'In between smooth groove and the suburbs' consist of many different styles and
represent the various likings of its creator.
Influences come from d&b, electronica, soundtrack,
pop/rock and back then particularly from soul/r&b and
jazz.
Many of the tracks even tell some different
stories in themselves, which expands its moods and
again partly lets the various styles intertwine into
each other.

All the music was recorded with a Roland
XP-50 synthesizer.

"A very unique voice & say, portraying lyric / poetic and mature point of view,
as well as feminine & very emotional outlook."

"There's something of a "no nonsense" feeling that exudes from her work. Daniela can tell it like it is with her photography. And yet, at the same time, she is able to consistently maintain a fantastic aspect in all of her work."

"She is an artist in pursuit of absolute art, that enables you to breathe."

CARACAS BY FRANCA FRANCHI

" There are images to hang in the wall, and others, as those of Franca, to hang in the soul."

"For her mind, life is not a permanent perception of situations, but a sequence of "frames" that tell histories by themselves. She can stop the time in the precise moment and communicate her commitment, passion, her immense creative capacity."

NEW YORK BY DIANA LEMIEUX

"Her intuitive artistic ability lies in the fact that she can deftly and boldly explore the unsettling realism of the human condition, yet at the same time, see the beauty and joy inside of every person, every sunset, every moment - an enlightening window to the world and its representations.

Her vision is a gift she had chosen to share with us - the viewer, moving us so profoundly because of it."

"Her strength, is her ability to capture the "essence" of a person in a photograph, and cause the viewer to want to step into the frame and get to know more about the individual, or situation in which she captured them. This photographer is a treasure to be found"

BERLIN BY MICHELE PESCE

Skating on the steel grid of prismatic distropic cities
the body keeps on fighting against gravity
decentring and distorting our visual capability
to recognize sudden analogies between space and spaces.

So feeling becomes watching and watching means forgetting.
A conscious dulling of mind’s balancing power.
We laugh at its all-embracing will.

Stuck. Feet.
Slightly open mouth.
Essential breath.

Caught in the middle of the metropolitan zootrope
We persuade our sense to be moving on
While the vacuum does fill the landscapes
And the shadows do shape the eXcrescenCes of eXistenZ

Dazzled by the perfect man to come,
enchanted by the vision of sharp dissolving glassy frosts,
the flesh-uNt-nails citizens step ahead as the green light turns on
Oblivious to be spinning round the toothed wheel
Of a lonely future continuous tense.
